I'm committed to continuous learning and have complemented my degrees with further studies in Communications, AI and Futures Research. This multidisciplinary foundation strengthens my ability to create user-centred, future-proof solutions.
Versatile Experience
With experience from CGI, Aalto University, Kela, and the Fund of Service Union, I bring a versatile mix of service design, customer research, communication, and digital development expertise.
My work spans strategy and implementation — from designing services and improving digital experiences to training professionals and developing communication and organisational practices.
In addition to development roles, I’ve worked in demanding customer service positions, which has sharpened my ability to understand diverse needs, navigate complex situations, and design solutions that are truly user-centred.
